When else do I have time to update you? Daniel is fed, and sleeping, though restlessly, and since he woke me up, I might as well give an update.
Luke: continues to do well but is still sedated. They have closed his chest and expect to wake him tomorrow or the next day, I hope. His heart is doing well and he is pink!! No word yet about recovery time.
Abby: came home 2 days ago. Had a positive RSV test. She continues to wheeze and has a terrible cough but is stable and is on medication.
Corrie: was admitted monday for surgery scheduled on Weds but developed a fever monday night. Tuesday she was fever free, Tuesday night she had one. Surgery has been canceled until she is healthy but they have chosen to keep her inpatient until surgery, provided the hospital has beds. It now looks like the source of the fever is probable RSV pneumonia.
Daniel: has been vomiting and had severe diarrhea for about 1 week. Has been at our home in an effort to isolate him. Has had bad cough and fever for 3plus days now. Not improving.
So far the other children are fine but the staff is on high alert and is taking temps regularly and being extra careful with hand washing and sanitizing!

For a large amount of donations coming in on Saturday (medical equip etc.) Will be a huge help to us and so many children we work with. Pray for easy clearance though customs.
